Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply when you use kittycut.co or subscribe to KittyCut, a video editing service operated by Fourello Inc. (“KittyCut”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing, buying a trial pack or sending us footage, you agree to them. If you’re signing up for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
1. What we do
KittyCut edits video on subscription: reels and other short-form video, podcast intros, full podcast episodes, vlogs, ads and YouTube videos, including custom subtitles and motion graphics. Our editors use AI-assisted tools for tasks such as transcription, first-pass captions and syncing. Every cut and creative decision is made by a human editor.
2. Plans and requests
- Creator (A$1,490/month): one active request at a time, one brand.
- Studio (A$2,890/month): two active requests at a time, unlimited brands, full podcast episode edits and white-label delivery.
- Agency (A$4,990/month): four active requests at a time, a dedicated editor, top priority and everything in Studio.
- Trial pack (A$300, one-off): three premium reels, no subscription.
You can add as many requests to your board as you like. We work through them in order, up to your plan’s number of active requests at a time. Prices are in Australian dollars and may change; we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects your plan.
3. Turnaround
Reels are usually delivered in 1–2 days and long-form edits in 2–3 days, counted from when we have everything needed to start (footage, notes and references). These are typical times, not guarantees. Very long footage, complex motion work or late changes to a brief can take longer, and we’ll tell you if we expect that.
4. Revisions
Ask for changes until the edit feels right. Revisions cover changes within the original brief. A substantially new direction or new footage counts as a new request.
5. Billing and payment
We bill by invoice. Subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance, and the trial pack is invoiced up front. You can pay by bank transfer or Wise. Work starts once an invoice is paid. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it’s settled.
6. Pausing and cancelling
There are no contracts. You can pause or cancel anytime by emailing hello@kittycut.co.
- Pausing: the remaining days in your billing period carry over, and you pick up where you left off when you unpause.
- Cancelling: your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be invoiced again. We don’t refund partly used periods, except where the law requires it.
7. Your footage and our work
- You own your content. Footage, audio, logos and other material you send stay yours. You let us use them only to deliver your edits.
- You own the results. Once the related invoice is paid, the final exports and project files we make for you belong to you.
- White-label: on plans that include it, you may deliver our edits to your own clients as your work.
- Our portfolio: we won’t show your work publicly, or name you as a client, without your permission.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions for everything you send us, including footage of other people, music, brand assets and any third-party content. Don’t send material that is unlawful or that you don’t have the right to use. If we add stock music or assets, we’ll use properly licensed sources or tell you what licence you need.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your unreleased footage, briefs and business information as confidential. We only share them with the editors and service providers who need them to do the work.
10. Liability
We work carefully, but editing is a creative service, and we can’t guarantee specific results such as views, reach or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
11. Ending the service
We may stop working with you if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example through non-payment or by sending unlawful content. We’ll tell you first where we reasonably can. You keep everything already delivered and paid for.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
