Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information KittyCut (operated by Fourello Inc., “we”, “us”) collects through kittycut.co and our editing service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, email, company (optional), the plan you chose and your message.
• Emails and calls: anything you tell us when you contact us.
• Client work: the footage, audio, notes and brand assets you share with us, which may include images and voices of you or other people.
• Billing details: the name, company and address we put on your invoices. Payments go through your bank or Wise; we never see or store card details.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

2. Cookies and tracking

kittycut.co does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and set up your plan.
• To edit and deliver your videos.
• To send invoices and keep financial records.
• To run and secure the website.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Vercel: hosts the website and processes enquiry form submissions.
• GoDaddy: provides our email, where enquiries and messages are received.
• Google: serves the website’s fonts.
• Wise and banks: handle payments.
• File-sharing services you choose, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, to send us footage.
• AI-assisted editing tools: may process your footage or audio for tasks such as transcription and first-pass captions.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on their security and contractual safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client footage and project files while you’re a client and for a reasonable time afterwards, so you can request re-exports. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Ask us anytime to delete your information sooner, and we will, unless we need to keep it by law.

6. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to your files to the people working on your projects. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@kittycut.co; we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the privacy regulator in your country.

8. Children

Our service is for businesses and adult creators. We don’t knowingly collect information from children through this site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we’ll email clients about significant changes.
